WEST AFRICA LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

OBJECTIVES:
The objective of the event was to bring all BAT West African Area Leaders to Nigeria to participate in a conference to discuss about their brands and also how to meet up with the new GOAL & VISION set for the year 2019.
AGENCY TASK:
Design a 3D animation to show look & feel of event overview Prepare an end to end event and execution plan for the BAT/WAA Leaders Conference & dinner event. Secure venue & co-ordinate all vendors to ensure task are delivered to scope
WHAT WE DID:
Activities which took place at the terrace includes ;( the canapé & cocktail session, the whiskey mentoring session, the wine tasting session, and the Fleer mixologist session ).All of which lasted for 45 minutes. A photo session with the Eyo throne also stole the night of the event. Guests were ushered into the dinner proper which was also opened by Ajebo, guests had starters and at the same time were entertained by the Pianist, Live band and DJ.
